Job Description
Responsible for Sales and service of clients for General Insurance Products. Performs sales and service functions for targeted markets.- Preparing funnel of potential clients by determining and leveraging BGFCL connections and data mining from other sources.- Cold calling clients.- Actual market visits to new clients.- Follow up with clients with a view to securing mandates- Securing mandates.- Submitting quotes to clients & converting them into business.- Ensuring smooth handover of accounts to CSG(operations).- Generate activity and sales reports as per company requirements.- Attends sales seminars, sales meetings or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, regulations in the market place.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Masters Degree with Minimum 2-3 years or a Bachelors degree Minimum 5 years of Insurance industry related marketing experience is required. Specialization in Marketing preferred at graduate/post-graduate level. Also, Insurance qualifications such as Licentiate/Associate is desirable. Knowledge of MS-office suite..
